Senior Manager, Clinical Data Management

The Senior Manager, Clinical Data Management will oversee the planning and execution of clinical data management projects in multiple therapeutic areas. This role will ensure that data management deliverables meet Regeneron standards and are completed within timelines. The Senior Manager will also be responsible for training direct reports on data management skills and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Provide oversight of lead Data Manager(s) on assigned clinical data management projects
- Ensure proper planning and execution of data management deliverables
- Train direct reports on data management skills and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Coordinate with Director or Associate Director of Data Management in the development of SOPs, Working Practice, Data Management Manual, and other data management standards
- Bachelor Degree in Mathematics, Science or a related field
- At least 8 or more years of clinical data management experience in biotech, pharmaceutical or health related industry
- Minimum 3 years of direct people management experience
- Previous oncology and/or ophthalmology experience a plus
