Senior Manager, Clinical Data Management

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager, Clinical Data Management to join our team. As a key member of our data management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of clinical data management projects in multiple therapeutic areas.
Key Responsibilities- Provide oversight and guidance to lead Data Managers on assigned clinical data management projects.
- Ensure proper planning and execution of data management deliverables that meet Regeneron standards and timelines.
- Coordinate with Director or Associate Director of Data Management in the development of SOPs, Working Practices, Data Management Manual, and other data management standards.
- Supervise direct DM reports for planning and managing all relevant DM activities within assigned therapeutic areas.
- Review and approve project documentation, including Data Management Manual, CRF Completion Guidelines, and validation specifications.
- Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Science, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of clinical data management experience in biotech, pharmaceutical, or health-related industry.
- Minimum 3 years of direct people management experience.
- Previous oncology and/or ophthalmology experience a plus.
