Restaurant Assistant Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Restaurant Assistant to join our team at Haskins Garden Centres. As a Restaurant Assistant, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of our restaurants.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Barista: Prepare and serve high-quality drinks, including hot and cold beverages.
  • Food Service: Assist with food preparation, presentation, and serving.
  • General Assistance: Provide support with general restaurant duties, including cleaning, restocking, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  • Till Operation: Operate the till system accurately and efficiently.
  • Counter Service: Provide excellent customer service at the counter, handling customer transactions and resolving any issues.
About You:

We are looking for a self-motivated and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. You should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn and take on new challenges. As a Restaurant Assistant, you will be working in a fast-paced environment, so you should be able to work well under pressure and maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm throughout your shift.
