Restaurant Assistant Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Restaurant Assistant to join our team at Haskins Garden Centres. As a Restaurant Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurants.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Barista: Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold drinks, including specialty coffee drinks.
  • Food Service: Assist with food preparation, presentation, and serving to customers.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • General Assistance: Assist with general restaurant duties, including cleaning, restocking, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
About You:

We are looking for a self-motivated and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but not essential as full training will be provided.
