Harrison Carloss is seeking an experienced Senior Client Partnerships Manager to join their team in Stoke-on-Trent. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional client service and driving business growth.

This role offers a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, dependent on experience, as well as flexible working hours, 33 days holiday (including bank holidays), additional holiday after 5 years of service, 24 days work from home allowance, death in service cover, company pension, creative & culture-filled modern office, relaxed working environment, regular team events, and free Nespresso, tea, coffee, and fresh fruit.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, delivering first-class levels of customer service, and progressing marketing activity prescribed for the client. They will also be required to plan and deliver marketing campaigns for clients, while keeping up to date with the latest trends. Other key responsibilities include dealing with account issues, quality assuring information received and sent to the client, documenting work with each client, reviewing results with the team, and identifying opportunities for growth with clients.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organisational skills, be confident in coordinating timelines and schedules, accurately understand and execute project and creative briefs, be innovative and creative, and have a strong attention to detail. A sociable individual with a desire to work in a motivated & fun team, they will thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
