HFG is seeking a Senior Regulatory Reporting Specialist to join their team in London. This exciting opportunity will provide the successful candidate with a chance to work on Solvency II and Lloyd's technical matters, both within Finance and across the business.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and developing process improvements for efficient and accurate regulatory reporting
  • Leveraging expertise to finalize the Solvency II reporting program, ensuring new systems are integrated into business-as-usual activities
  • Coordinating and managing the Pillar III implementation plan, providing regular updates to stakeholders
  • Delivering defined Lloyd's and Solvency II reporting requirements, including internal approvals
  • Providing technical support to the business on Solvency II and Lloyd's reporting

This role requires:

  • Professional accountancy qualification (ACA/ACCA preferred)
  • Understanding of Solvency II reporting requirements
  • Highly technical accounting skills, especially UK GAAP and IFRS
  • General commercial and financial knowledge
  • Insurance and Lloyd's specific knowledge desirable

We estimate the salary for this position to be around £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
