Lead a Team of Dedicated Professionals

Esland Care is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Children's Home Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading a team of dedicated professionals who are passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of vulnerable children.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of staff to deliver high-quality care and support to children in our care
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of children
  • Work closely with our Ofsted team to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff to meet the needs of our children
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a relevant role, preferably in a residential care setting
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England) or equivalent
  • Proven track record of leading and managing teams to achieve excellent outcomes
  • Strong knowledge of legislations, regulations, and best practices surrounding the care of children
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and stakeholders
