Job Title: Head of Grocery

We are seeking a dynamic and commercially driven leader to take ownership of the grocery channel and drive sales and brand growth for Radnor Hills.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the grocery channel by driving sales, growing our brand presence, and increasing own-label partnerships.
  2. Manage and mentor a small team within the channel, supporting their development and performance.
  3. Develop and execute a commercial strategy for the accounts, driving innovation and exceeding sales targets to support Radnor Hills' growth ambitions.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop Joint Business Plans, promotions, and accurate forecasting for critical accounts.
  5. Be the face of Radnor Hills in the grocery sector, enhancing brand visibility and penetration in the market.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially sharp and results-driven leader who can take full ownership of the grocery channel and drive its success. You will need to have a proven track record in grocery, with a focus on branded or own-label products, and a passion for delivering results that support Radnor Hills' growth.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in the grocery retail sector with a focus on branded or own-label products.
  • Strong commercial skills with a history of delivering sustained sales growth.
  • A proven ability to build and maintain key relationships with major grocery retailers.
  • Leadership and mentoring abilities to support team development and performance.
  • A strong drive for results and accountability for performance.
