A renowned company in the material handling sector is looking for a highly skilled Workshop Management Professional to lead their workshop operations. As the ideal candidate, you will be responsible for overseeing daily tasks, managing a team of technicians, and ensuring that all maintenance and repair work is completed efficiently.
Main Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily workshop activities to optimize productivity and efficiency.
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance management to your team members.
- Maintain high-quality standards for all maintenance and repair work while adhering to health and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with colleagues to allocate resources, schedule tasks, and manage inventory.
- Analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to reduce costs and enhance processes.
- Foster strong relationships with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to deliver exceptional service outcomes.
Essential Qualifications:
- Substantial experience in a workshop management or supervisory position, preferably within the material handling, automotive, or related sectors.
- Advanced knowledge of material handling equipment or mechanical systems.
- Exceptional leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on employee motivation and development.
Compensation Package: $90,000 - $115,000 per year.
