Our Executive Support team is responsible for providing administrative support to senior officers and their teams.
Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Business Support Administrator to join our team as part-time, permanent role with hybrid working.
The successful candidate will provide efficient and cost-effective invoice processing related administrative support.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing flexible administrative support to ensure all deadlines and processes are fully completed.
- Processing invoices, purchase orders and other financial documents as required by Executive/Assistant Directors and their teams.
- Supporting additional tasks that arise within the Executive Support team.
Requirements: knowledge of office equipment, flexibility in working patterns and ability to work under pressure.
