Deputy Ward Manager - CAMHS Specialist

Jupiter Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Ward Manager to join our team in a leading mental health hospital. As a Deputy Ward Manager, you will be responsible for the clinical direction of the service, providing clinical supervision for the ward team, and participating fully with the multi-disciplinary team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CAMHS, with experience in MDT working, patient-centric care, and fine-tuned decision-making skills. You will also possess excellent organisational capacity, effective communication skills, and a strong 'can do' attitude.

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £44,000 - £48,000 per annum DOE, plus a range of benefits including free onsite parking, subsidised lunches, and 25 days holiday plus bank holidays and your birthday off.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clinical Direction of the service
  • Provide clinical supervision for the ward team
  • Participate fully with the multi-disciplinary team

Requirements:

  • Experienced in MDT working
  • Be patient-centric and have a commitment to delivering high-quality care
  • Possess fine-tuned decision-making skills
  • Have excellent organisational capacity and effective communication skills
  • Be flexible and have a strong 'can do' attitude
  • At least over 2 years post qualified working in CAMHS
