Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Fire Risk Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Housing department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety of our residents and properties.

Responsibilities:

  • Carry out fire safety inspections, assessments, and reports to identify potential risks and implement effective solutions.
  • Work closely with colleagues to develop and maintain fire risk management plans that meet regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a coordinated approach to fire safety across the organisation.
  • Analyse data and statistics to inform fire safety strategies and improve outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Fire Risk Assessment and Management or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the Housing sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly organised and able to prioritise tasks effectively.
