Safety Management Specialist Job Description:

Copello is seeking a highly skilled Safety Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organisation, you will be responsible for promoting the highest standards of Compliance and Safety Management.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement a quality audit programme to ensure compliance with maintenance procedures.
  2. Assess and select suppliers and subcontractors for product quality and regulatory compliance.
  3. Facilitate hazard identification, risk assessment, and management within the organisation.
  4. Perform safety investigations and provide recommendations for improvement.
  5. Monitor the implementation of control measures following safety events.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering or Safety-related discipline.
  • Excellent knowledge of Aviation standards in an airline maintenance environment (EASA).
  • Experience as an iso 9001 auditor in a workshop environment.

Salary Range: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum.
