Job Opportunity: Examination Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support our client's examination committee as an Examination Coordinator. This is a temporary part-time position, working 3-4 days a week, for a duration of 2 months.

The Role:

- Salary: £19 per hour

- Contract Type: Temporary

- Working Pattern: Part-Time (3-4 days per week)

- Duration: 2 months

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process for new examiners, ensuring a smooth and efficient process from start to finish.
  • Arrange and coordinate meetings and appointments, guaranteeing that schedules are timely and well-organised.
  • Accurately capture meeting minutes, ensuring all essential discussions and decisions are well-documented.
  • Maintain and update crucial data and records, consistently verifying accuracy and completeness.
  • Provide general administrative support to the examination committee and relevant stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Excellent organisational skills, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, ensuring effective interaction with colleagues.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
