**Job Title:** Business Transformation Specialist

**Job Description:

At N Consulting Ltd, we're seeking an experienced Business Transformation Specialist to join our team and drive business growth through strategic IT initiatives. As a key member of our team, you'll play a critical role in defining and implementing business requirements, bridging the gap between business needs and technical implementation.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Engage with business stakeholders to gather detailed requirements for each specific domain, including Finance, Deposit, Banking Ops, and Market Ops.
  • Analyze current business processes and identify areas for implementing and defining future state processes that align with project objectives and global architecture.
  • Create detailed documentation, including business requirements, use cases, process flows, and functional specifications.
  • Maintain close communication with global and regional stakeholders to ensure clear alignment and support for the project.
  • Collaborate with EMEA/Global architects to design an interface architecture that connects GL systems and Deposit system with customer channels, information systems, and risk management solutions.
  • Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.

**Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying issues and implementing solutions.
  • Excellent business acumen and client-facing skills.
  • A conceptual thinker who can present complex ideas and topics to a wide audience.
  • Good analytical skills, able to contribute to major business change.
  • Technically and architecturally aware.

**Desirable Skills:**

  • Finastra Fusion Midas/Oracle Flexcube/Oracle GL application experience.
  • System integration and data mapping/translation.
  • SQL knowledge.
  • Oracle & SQL Server knowledge.
