About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Integration Development Manager to join our Digital Support Team at The Mid Yorkshire Teaching NHS Trust. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative digital solutions that meet the needs of our customers and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement integration solutions using the Trust Integration Engine (TIE)
  • Manage and support interfaces developed within the TIE
  • Ensure all interfaces are protected by adopting Trust standard processes
  • Provide technical support for TIE developed interfaces
  • Collaborate with system suppliers and Trust staff to define system integration requirements
  • Support the development of new and existing interfaces
  • Participate in data quality initiatives to improve data integrity
  • Work with other Trust teams to develop and maintain existing information systems
Requirements
  • Education to degree level or equivalent
  • Excellent knowledge of confidentiality and data security
  • Awareness of FHIR and Health Information Exchange concepts
  • Experience of working with CACHE databases and SQL
  • Experience of ITK HL7 messages and FHIR
  • Recent experience of working with Intersystems Healthshare HealthConnect or Ensemble or IRIS
  • Previous experience of managing staff and supporting Trust wide clinical systems
