Product Integrity Specialist

We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Integrity Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Product Investigation Class Action Team, you will be responsible for investigating complex allegations, exploring multiple data sources, and providing robust technical evidence to support our defense in litigated investigations globally.

This role requires a well-rounded knowledge of our business areas, from design to manufacturing to warranty and more. You will work closely with our engineering and legal teams to identify and address potential technical issues, and develop and deliver technical reports that provide a true and accurate reflection of alleged concerns.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Research and investigate all potential technical lines of enquiry, supporting legal requests and providing timely inputs that will support our defense in impending and current litigation cases.
  • Compose and deliver technical reports with integrity, providing internal and external stakeholders with a true and accurate reflection of alleged concerns.
  • Meet all deadlines regarding individual and team tasks and raise any obstacles at the earliest opportunity to ensure escalation can occur in a timely manner.
  • Engage and maintain key relationships across the global business to obtain and confirm relevant information, including engineering responses, sharing knowledge and experience to support the team in achieving team tasks and deadlines.
  • Work unsupervised and prioritize own workload according to task deadline, reporting on progress to line management.
Requirements

We're looking for someone with experience and knowledge across a broad range of engineering disciplines, with an in-depth overview of our business, including a working knowledge of our systems, investigation tools/techniques, Product Liability legislation, communication practices, including ISO 26262. You should also have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to forge and maintain new relationships, and hold an investigatory/researcher/'think outside the box' mindset to collate and interpret all the available information with an ability to turn complex engineering language into easy-to-understand simplistic terminology delivering the information in the form of technical reports.

We offer a competitive salary, a discounted car purchase and lease scheme for you and your family, membership of a competitive pension plan and performance-related bonus scheme. This role may offer the opportunity for hybrid working, providing employees with more choice and flexibility around how, when and where they work, if suitable for their role. Further details can be discussed with the Hiring Manager at the interview stage.

We are committed to equal opportunity for all and fostering a diverse, inclusive culture that is representative of our global customers and the society in which we live; a culture in which every one of our employees can bring their authentic self to work and reach their full potential.
