Aspiring Property Expert

We're seeking an exceptional individual to join our Property Graduate Programme, embarking on a 23-month journey of growth and development.

During this period, you'll rotate through various property departments, including Acquisitions, Construction, Facilities, and Head Office teams. This immersive experience will equip you with the skills and expertise necessary to succeed as a Property specialist.

A key aspect of this role is developing your management capabilities, learning from industry leaders, and taking on real project responsibility. Our programme offers a unique blend of theoretical knowledge and hands-on experience, ensuring you're well-prepared for a successful career in property.

Our ideal candidate possesses a degree (2:2 or above) in a relevant field, such as Property, Real Estate, Surveying, or Facilities Management, and has a full UK driving licence. A passion for working collaboratively, excellent communication skills, and self-motivation are essential for success in this role.
