Job Opportunity

We are seeking an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Plymouth. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for working on a range of projects from inception to completion, including Mixed Use Leisure developments, Commercial, Education, Healthcare, and Residential projects.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage project budgets and costs, ensuring accurate financial reporting and forecasting.
  2. Collaborate with project teams to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues, ensuring effective communication and project delivery.
  4. Contribute to the development of project proposals, tenders, and business cases, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.

Requirements

  1. Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
  2. Minimum 3 years of experience in a Quantity Surveying role, with a strong understanding of project management principles and practices.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  4. Willingness to work towards Chartered status and contribute to the company's APC program.
