Job Title: Conference Manager

We are seeking an experienced Conference Manager to join our team at Informa Group PLC. As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of our conferences and events.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the conference production process, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content.
  • Develop and implement conference content strategies, including agenda creation, speaker management, and content marketing.
  • Lead a team of conference producers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful event delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including event directors and marketing teams, to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Monitor and analyze event data, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance event quality and attendee experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to continuously improve conference content and delivery.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in conference production or a related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality conferences and events.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in managing a team of conference producers.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze data and implement changes to improve event quality and attendee experience.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in conference content and delivery.
