Job Title: Conference Manager

We are seeking an experienced Conference Manager to join our team at Informa Group PLC. As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of our conferences and events.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the conference production process, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content.
  • Lead a team of conference producers to achieve key production milestones.
  • Develop and implement a research-led conference production process.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful event delivery.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to review progress and address any challenges.
  • Ensure team members meet digital content requirements, including webinars, blog posts, and speaker interviews.
  • Liaise with the Operations team to ensure smooth onsite delivery.
  • Monitor and maintain key systems and infrastructure to support conference delivery.
  • Contribute to the Campaign Brief process to establish strategic objectives for each event.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 4+ years' experience in conference/event production.
  • Management/supervisory experience preferred.
  • Outstanding academic record, with a minimum 2:1 honours degree in a relevant field.
  • Proven analytical ability and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and travel internationally.
  • Knowledge of data analytics tools is a bonus.
