N Family Club is a dynamic and growing organization that is shaping the future of early years education in the UK. We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a Customer Service Associate.


About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and sales experience. As a key member of our front-line team, you will be responsible for developing strong relationships with parents, managing pipelines of new customers, and processing enquiries to convert them into new N Family Club members.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing great relationships with parents over the phone
  • Managing pipelines of new customers end to end, processing enquiries, and converting them into new N Family Club members
  • Confidently answering all questions about our nurseries, educational program, fees, curriculum, policies, and registration
  • Managing a robust and effective enquiry follow-up process to maximize conversion of potential members

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will need a good degree or 4 years of relevant work experience, a love for customer service, and a target-driven approach. You should be confident on the phone and in email communications, highly personable, and articulate. A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a 'make it happen' attitude are essential.
