Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a food and beverage leadership role, preferably in a similar industry
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and health and safety regulations
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
