  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a logical and measured approach to all tasks and interactions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and internal stakeholders, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements, applying this knowledge to improve claims handling processes and outcomes.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in claims handling, with a strong understanding of insurance policies, legal liability, and negotiation techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, brokers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple claims simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in using relevant software and systems, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
