The DC Pension Consultant will play a crucial role in managing a portfolio of clients, building relationships, and providing expert advice to ensure client needs are met. As part of our team, you will:
- Take ownership of client retention and development
- Create business development plans to meet overall business targets
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry trends
In this opportunity, you will have exposure to the complete employee benefits client plan and be able to have important conversations around pensions. Our team of experienced experts can help clients achieve their goals, whether it's to increase staff retention, be an employer of choice, or build a cost-effective benefits solution.
To be successful, you will require a Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning or Advanced Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning, as well as experience in compliance with regulatory requirements and changes in legislation.
