Drainage Operative Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Drainage Operative Specialist to join our Transportation team in Brixworth, Northamptonshire.
This role offers a competitive annual holiday entitlement and life assurance benefits package. The successful candidate will be working within the Maintenance team, supporting cyclical gully cleansing programmes and reactive services to ensure highway drainage assets are operational.
- The ideal candidate will have experience with high-pressure jetting lorries and handheld recording devices.
- Daily vehicle checks, reporting defects, and maintaining clean and tidy vehicles are essential tasks for this role.
We are looking for someone who can lift and conduct manual work outdoors in all weather conditions, hold a current driving license, and have the ability to drive a HGV.
A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills is required to work effectively with the team and members of the public.
You should be able to follow Kier's policies and procedures, ensuring a safe working environment, flexibility to cover varying shift patterns, and emergency response requirements.
Salary and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary ranging from £25,000 to £35,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a generous annual holiday entitlement and life assurance benefits.
