As Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring all guests enjoy a high-quality stay in immaculately maintained rooms.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Maintaining and improving housekeeping standards.
  2. Deploying labour effectively within your area of responsibility.
  3. Monitoring guest feedback and using it to drive improvement.
  4. Couching and developing your team to enhance performance.
  5. Possessing a management or cleaning qualification or being willing to develop one.

The estimated salary for this position is £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
