About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Branch Manager to lead our trade counter team and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining high standards within the trade counter area and warehouse, and ensuring health and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the branch team to provide excellent customer service and achieve branch performance targets.
  • Maintain high standards within the trade counter area and warehouse, ensuring a positive and thriving environment for customers and staff.
  • Ensure health and safety compliance and lead by example.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the wider team to achieve business objectives and support the development of new initiatives.

Requirements

  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in a trade counter environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and staff.
  • Commercial awareness and the ability to analyze data to inform business decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
  • Full valid driving license and forklift truck license (desirable).
