About the Role:

We are seeking a strong leader to join our team as a Branch Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the branch team to provide excellent customer service and maintaining high standards within the trade counter area and warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the branch team to achieve branch performance targets.
  • Maintain health and safety compliance.
  • Lead by example and mentor the team to bring out the best in them.
  • Ensure the branch is running efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Commercial awareness and ability to make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Full valid driving license and forklift truck license (desirable).
