We have an exciting opportunity for a Field Scheduling Specialist to join our Field Operations team.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring our Field Engineers have a full and efficient agenda based on our customers' needs.

">

This involves working closely with our team to deliver excellent service and ensure that our customers receive the best possible experience.

">

We offer a competitive salary of £23,000 increasing to £25,000 with role progression, plus performance-based bonuses.

">

You will also enjoy a range of benefits, including 29 days holiday (increasing to 31 days after 12 months service) including bank holidays, and a shift pattern of 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Your Key Tasks:

  • Ensure that our Field Engineers have a full and efficient agenda based on our customers' needs.">
  • Reschedule and reassign services based on planned and unplanned operations.">
