Are you a team player with strong leadership skills looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a Senior Customer Service and Operations Manager to join our growing team in Bridlington.

As a Senior Customer Service and Operations Manager, you will be responsible for delegating workload, coordinating rotas and shifts, and providing first point of contact for the team and their customers.

You will identify and coordinate training and development for each member of the team, create the annual training plan, and coach and mentor team members.

Attending senior management meetings to update the board on your team performance, managing grievances and disciplinaries, onboarding and training new starters, managing absence and sickness, and managing holidays for the team are also key responsibilities.

We are looking for someone with previous experience of managing their own workload and possibly others, exposed to on-the-job training, developing, and coaching.

They should be highly organised, able to manage a busy and demanding workload, with attention to detail and process driven.

Experience of working in an admin-based/customer service team, good IT and communication skills, and able to deal with disputes and customer care are also essential.
