We are seeking a highly motivated and organized SEN Teaching Assistant to join our primary school in Camden. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting students with special educational needs (SEN) to achieve their goals.

In this role, you will work closely with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement individualized education plans and provide one-to-one support to students with SEN. You will also contribute to the development of our school's SEND policy and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creating and implementing individualized education plans to meet the needs of students with SEN
  • Providing one-to-one support to students with SEN, both inside and outside the classroom
  • Collaborating with teachers and other support staff to create a cohesive and effective support system

Salary: £22,500 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience.
