About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Workshop Technician to join our team in Norwich. As a Workshop Technician, you will play a critical role in supporting our home oxygen and long-term condition services to patients in the community on behalf of the NHS. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Verifying, cleaning, and repairing healthcare equipment to ensure it meets stringent quality standards.
  • Recording serial numbers of equipment received from Healthcare Technicians and placing it in the correct 'holding' area.
  • PAT testing and Soak testing equipment to ensure it is safe for use.
  • Recording accurately all work conducted, including any repairs or maintenance performed.
  • Recording serial numbers ready for dispatch to Healthcare Technicians.
  • Occasionally off-loading delivery vehicles on site and receiving goods as required.

  • A proactive approach to following processes and procedures.
