About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Ecommerce Assistant to join our team at OpenSourced - Search & Selection. As an Ecommerce Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our team to achieve our ambitious growth goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Ecommerce Manager and digital team with daily administrative tasks, ensuring seamless project execution and timely completion of tasks.
  • Help track project timelines and ensure deadlines are met, maintaining accurate records and updating project management tools as necessary.
  • Facilitate communication within the digital team and with external partners, handling correspondence related to digital projects and ensuring effective collaboration.
  • Organize and maintain digital files, documents, and databases, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility for the team.
  • Support digital marketing efforts by assisting in preparing content for social media and email newsletters, monitoring and responding to customer inquiries and feedback on digital platforms.
  • Provide logistical support for initiatives led by the Ecommerce Manager, helping onboard new team members by providing essential resources and information.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in Ecommerce or a similar field, with strong time management skills and a good grasp of analytics, spreadsheets, and data management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with the digital team and external partners.
  • Ability to learn new skills and adapt to changing priorities, with a proactive and flexible approach to work.
