Job Summary

The Strategic Content Director will be responsible for managing and improving the current Academy proposition content and delivery for all Early Years Terms 1-6. This role requires a strong understanding of content strategy and creation, as well as experience in designing, delivering, and implementing Train the Trainer content.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the content creation for the Academy & Growth & Development programmes
  • Manage the Programme Content Team in the continuous updating of our FMT toolkits ensuring they align to our programmes
  • Act as the Early Years key point of contact with all necessary internal and external stakeholders to ensure a joined up approach to regulatory change and maximizing use of our content
  • Engage with key Stakeholders in the Field Operating Model to broader awareness of Academy and to promote/share the Skills based Training content for use across the wider Partnership

Requirements

  • Significant experience of content strategy and content creation
  • Experience designing, delivering and ensuring effective implementation of Train the Trainer content to deliver a high-quality training environment
  • Experience from either a training, academy or business school background
  • Previous experience of people management
  • Critical analytical skills and ability to deliver radical improvement
