Financial Transaction Support Specialist
We are looking for an experienced candidate to join our team as a Financial Transaction Support Specialist. The successful applicant will assist the Purchase Ledger team with various financial transactions, including batching and posting of purchase invoices, checking prices with suppliers, and sending out overhead invoices for authorization.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the Purchase Ledger team with financial transactions, including batching and posting of purchase invoices
• Check prices with suppliers to ensure accuracy
• Send out overhead invoices for authorization to relevant individuals across the company
• Handle disputes with suppliers in a professional manner
• Respond to payment enquiries from suppliers within 24 hours
• Process petty cash claims and fill purchase invoices
• Provide support to the sales ledger team as needed

The estimated salary for this role is £26,000 to £28,000 per annum, and the working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
