Job Title: Head of Department for MFL

We are seeking an exceptional leader to join our team as Head of Department for Modern Foreign Languages at Don Valley Academy, part of Delta Academies Trust.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our MFL department, driving excellence in teaching and learning, and ensuring that our students receive a high-quality education in languages.

As a senior leader, you will be responsible for developing and implementing curriculum plans, managing resources, and supporting the professional development of staff.

You will work closely with the Senior MFL Director and other department leaders to ensure that our MFL provision is of the highest standard.
