The Swim Co-ordinator will work closely with the Centre Management Team to organize staff rotas and lesson schedules, ensuring high standards of lesson delivery and customer experience. The ideal candidate will hold a nationally recognized qualification for swim instruction, such as ASA/Swim England Level 2, STA, or equivalent.
