Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute media strategies that drive business growth and brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate media plans with creative and data-driven insights.
  • Partner with clients to understand their business objectives and develop tailored media solutions.
  • Lead the development of media plans, including budget allocation, channel selection, and campaign optimization.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our media strategies remain cutting-edge.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in performance media planning and/or commerce/retail media roles.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful media campaigns that drive business results.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience in team management and talent development.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of digital media channels, including paid social, search, and programmatic advertising.
