Sales Growth Specialist

This position involves 60% time spent at customers' job sites and business locations, including meeting with and developing business customer relationships. The goal is to increase Sherwin-Williams trade sales penetration within the assigned region and/or market(s).
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with TSCs and B&Q / Trade Point personnel to identify and grow new trade sales opportunities.
- Work directly with the Head of Trade on sales and service opportunities and new business leads.
- Conduct product, application, and sales training sessions with relevant B&Q / Trade Point personnel.
- Provide exceptional service to trade customers and B&Q / Trade Point, including demonstrations, problem-solving, and delivering paint to job sites.
