About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to join our client's team in the City of London. As a Senior Estimator, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple estimators and reporting directly to the Estimating Director.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee multiple estimators and provide guidance and support as needed
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Contribute to the development of the company's estimating strategy and procedures
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date estimating records and reports
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project delivery

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working in the interior fit-out sector on CAT A and CAT B projects
  • Previous experience working as an estimator in a similar position
  • Strong knowledge of estimating software and systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
