Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Officer to join our team at ABM UK. As a Security Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of our clients' premises and personnel.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrols of designated areas to identify and mitigate potential security risks
- Monitor surveillance systems and respond to alarms and emergencies in a timely and professional manner
- Enforce access control policies and procedures to maintain the integrity of the premises
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and deliver security awareness training programs
- Assist with the implementation and maintenance of security protocols and procedures
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Security Officer or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of security protocols and procedures
- Strong observational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to remain calm and react quickly in high-pressure situations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
