We are seeking a skilled Claims Handler to join our team at Core Group. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the claims lifecycle from receipt of the initial instruction to job completion. Your primary objective will be to deliver an exceptional customer experience by ensuring that every touchpoint is engaging, efficient, and effective.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the claims lifecycle, including administrative tasks and communication with policyholders, insurance clients, field technicians, and office teams.
  • Manage regional administrative resources, providing support and guidance to other administration staff within the team.
  • Schedule trades according to job requirements on a day-to-day basis, optimizing time and minimizing travel.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for excellent customer service and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be a key liaison between stakeholders and will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and meeting agreed Service Level Agreements.

This role offers a competitive salary of £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits.
