We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solicitor/Legal Executive to join our Partnership, Wills & Probate team at Irwin Mitchell. The successful candidate will be part of our estate planning division, working closely with our Partner Anne McCanns to ensure our clients' wealth is protected for them and their families.
The role will involve advising on, drafting and executing wills, setting up and administering trusts to manage money, property or investments for specific people or purposes, advising on investments and wealth-holding structures and succession planning for the future.
About YouWe are looking for a Solicitor/Legal Executive who has a passion for estate planning work and a proven experience working on complex estates or with high net worth individuals. Our ideal candidate will have:
- The ability to take instructions from clients and give sound legal advice;
- Demonstrable experience assisting seniors across high value complex cases;
- The ability to manage own caseloads whilst maintaining exceptional attention to detail and seamless service;
- The ability to operate independently and work collaboratively as part of a team to deliver the best outcomes for our clients;
- Demonstratable technical experience gained within estate planning, specifically across wills, lasting powers of attorney, and trusts;
- An aptitude for business development and a passion for growing strong client and referrer relationships as well as a drive to continue to aid the growth and development of the wider team.
