We are seeking a dedicated Teacher Aide to join our team at beBee Professionals in Edmonton, United Kingdom. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting teachers in the classroom and ensuring students receive a high-quality education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support teachers in the classroom during lessons.
- Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and ensure students remain on task.
- Maintain discipline in accordance with school policies.
- Provide feedback to the teaching staff on the progress of students.
- Support students with their learning when necessary.
- Ensure a safe and productive learning environment.
- Assist with administrative duties as required.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a school environment is preferred but not essential.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- Ability to adapt to different classroom environments.
- Patience and a positive attitude toward supporting students.
- Flexibility to work on short notice when required.
- A valid DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check or willingness to obtain one.
