Key Responsibilities- Oversee and manage all reactive and planned maintenance, including facilities and equipment
- Collaborate with Technical, Production, and Hygiene teams to ensure site readiness and compliance with H&S and Food Standards
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and programs to minimize downtime and optimize production
- Manage and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards
- NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds in Engineering
- Genuine multi-skilled engineering experience, both electrical and mechanical
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and overtime
