Key Responsibilities- Administer contracts as Contract Administrator or Employer's Agent
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and contractors
- Manage projects to deliver high-quality services and deliverables
- Prepare tender documentation and manage the tender process
- Compile contract documentation and evaluate project programmes
- Mentor and coach employees to their full potential
- Identify new business development opportunities and drive growth
- Advise Directors on project issues and potential risks
- MRICS or currently focused on APC within the next 12 months
- Experience of administering JCT Contracts
- Residential new build experience
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Technical proficiency with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work as part of a team
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
