Aircraft Maintenance Manager

We are seeking an experienced Aircraft Maintenance Manager to join our clients highly successful Structural Steel Fabrication Business near Derby.
This role involves ensuring the coordination of maintenance and service-related duties are carried out within the production factory. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of CNC machinery, electrical experience, and excellent management skills.
The salary for this position is approximately £60,000 per annum, offering a robust employer with job security and career potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate maintenance and service-related duties
- Procure new and spare parts within agreed budgets
- Effectively manage workloads within agreed schedules
- Manage a small team
- Attend Management meetings as required
Requirements:
- Recognised Engineering qualification in Electrical and/or Mechanical discipline
- Strong understanding of CNC machinery operation
- A minimum of 5 years' electrical experience
- Competent user of Windows and digital records
