Maintenance Manager Opportunity with Steel Connexions Ltd

We are recruiting for an experienced Maintenance Manager to join our successful Structural Steel Fabrication Business near Derby. The successful candidate will ensure coordination of maintenance and service-related duties within the production factory.

1. Coordinate and carry out maintenance and service-related duties with the production team
2. Procure new and spare parts in line with agreed budgets
3. Effectively manage and prioritise workloads within agreed schedules
4. Manage a small team
5. Attend Management/Supervisor meetings as required

1. Recognised Engineering qualification in Electrical and/or Mechanical discipline
2. Strong understanding of the operation of CNC machinery; diagnose and maintain
3. A minimum of 5 years of Electrical experience
4. Competent user of Windows and ability to manage digital records
