We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Female Support Worker to join our team in Calne. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as cooking and cleaning, to promote independence and well-being.
  • Administer medication and provide personal care to ensure the health and safety of our service users.
  • Provide active support and encouragement to help individuals achieve their goals and aspirations.
  • Accompany service users on leisure activities and outings to promote social inclusion and community engagement.
  • Deal with challenging behaviors in a calm and professional manner, using de-escalation techniques and crisis management strategies.
About You

We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional care and support. You should have a good understanding of social care principles and be able to work effectively as part of a team. A full UK driver's license and access to a vehicle are essential for this role.
